Philips is seeking a District Modality Sales Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role leads modality strategy, coaches IAMs, and drives growth through data-driven planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Travel is required (approximately 60-70%), with a focus on executive presentations, market intelligence, and pipeline management. A clinical/technical DXR background plus a robust sales track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct management authority.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with cross-functional peers.

Responsibilities

• Own district DXR business strategy and territory plans, prioritizing opportunities.
• Shape account plans and negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR knowledge and deal strategy.
• Direct clinical product specialists toward high-value opportunities and support RFPs.
