Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership in diagnostic imaging.
• Experience with long sales cycles and matrixed teams; proven quota achievement.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI for pipeline, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Clinical or Health Sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own district DXR business strategy and territory plans, prioritizing white space and IDN opportunities.
• Partner with district leaders and account teams to shape plans, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder pursuits.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on clinical knowledge, positioning, and deal strategy.
• Direct Clinical Product Specialists and resources toward high-value opportunities; support RFPs.
• Build market presence via reference visits, clinical workshops, and industry events.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasting, and documentation; travel ~60-70% within district.
