Responsibilities

• Own the district DXR business strategy and tailored territory plans for IAMs, prioritizing white space and IDN opportunities.
• Shape account plans, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder pursuits; lead through data and peer accountability.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR knowledge, competitive positioning, and deal strategy.
• Direct Clinical Product Specialists, assets, and resources toward high-value opportunities; support RFPs.
• Build Philips DXR market presence via reference-site visits, workshops, and industry events.
• Maintain disciplined Salesforce records, forecasting, and documentation; travel 60-70%.
