Job summary

Gap Inc. District Manager leads a portfolio of stores and coaches General Managers to deliver an optimal customer and employee experience, strong profitability and consistent high performance across the district. You will benchmark results, coach for results, and ensure alignment with Gap Inc. standards.

You will attract and develop top talent, monitor performance, and build a district merchandising plan leveraging data, seasonality and market insights while traveling to stores as required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive results across multiple stores.
• Strong merchandising and customer experience focus.
• Experience developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop and retain the best team to meet goals.
• Monitor performance and follow up to ensure results.

• Identify product performance themes and create a district merchandising plan.

• Ensure stores comply with Gap Inc. policies and procedures.
