Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple retail stores within a district, focusing on developing General Managers, aligning operations, meeting budgeted sales goals, and executing the company vision across sites.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on store leadership with strategic oversight, motivates a strong team, ensures regulatory compliance, and elevates guest engagement in GTI's growing cannabis retail footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of experience managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• At least two years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining P&L responsibility for a significant retail operation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule; weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must pass background checks and have valid driver's license or state ID.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, mostly within the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district retail leadership teams to execute GTI's vision.
• Partner with Regional Director to develop and execute retail strategy and growth.
• Set sales targets, create action plans, and monitor performance by store.
• Review P&L and collaborate with General Managers to close gaps.
• Forecast sales and inventory requirements for each location.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and laws in all stores.
• Coach store managers and inspire high guest engagement and education.
• Build internal talent, succession planning and a strong team culture.
