Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Must be 21 years or older and capable of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations ensuring security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions while maintaining adherence to budgets.
• Oversee quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation; manage order and expense processes.
• Coach Leaders and Team Members to deliver memorable customer experiences and achieve loyalty goals.
