Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple cannabis retail stores within a district in Virginia. The role focuses on developing General Managers, aligning operations to the company vision, and driving sales growth and customer engagement across stores.

The ideal candidate will manage strategic and tactical initiatives, build high-performing teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while improving profitability and guest experiences across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• 2+ years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining P&L responsibility for a significant retail operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district-level retail leadership and talent pipelines.
• Set and drive store performance, sales targets, and budget alignment.
• Oversee compliance with policies and regulations across stores.
• Travel up to 75% within the state to visit stores.
• Coach store managers and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
