Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team and drive memorable customer experiences.

You will support the General Manager with operations, inventory management, and team development, while ensuring compliance and delivering strong results.

This role offers a fast-track to General Manager with development opportunities in a dynamic cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Availability for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations, ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Motivate staff to execute programs and promotions effectively.
• Manage product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Schedule staff and ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance.
• Deliver omni-channel customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop Leaders and retain top talent.
