Formación

• Five+ years of experience managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Two+ years of multi-unit management preferred.
• Cannabis experience preferred and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop district store leadership teams.
• Set sales targets and monitor district P&L with GMs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and FP&A on retail strategy.
• Travel frequently within district.
