Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a General Manager for the RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will oversee dispensary operations, safety and compliance, and inventory management, guiding day-to-day decisions and long-range planning.

The role emphasizes coaching, community outreach, and accountability, with a focus on revenue growth, staff development, and maintaining high standards across in-store, drive-thru, and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations while ensuring compliance.
• Drive revenue through programs and promotions.
• Oversee quality product inventory and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Manage cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Schedule staff to meet labor goals and ensure attendance.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify inefficiencies.
