The ideal candidate will excel at leading from a distance, building a high-performing team, driving compliance, profitability and guest experiences, while traveling up to 75% within the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• 2+ years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining P&L responsibility for a significant retail operation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-level talent development and succession planning.
• Set sales targets and monitor profitability for each store in the district.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations across stores.
• Collaborate with store leaders to optimize operations and guest experience.
• Coach General Managers and drive a high-performance culture.
