Rainstamp is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen relationships with distributors and employees, driving profitable growth and market expansion. You will lead, train, and develop Customer Reps while partnering with Marketing to optimize campaigns and maintain Rainstamp’s culture.

The role requires 5+ years in distributor outside sales, leadership experience, and a background in manufacturing. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in distributor outside sales
• Experience in a sales leadership role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check

Responsabilités

• Train new Customer Reps and develop exiting Customer Reps
• Provide for overall steady growth of profitable top-line revenues through the steady increase of units sold to Rainstamp Distributors
• Grow market share through the addition of new distributors and the development of current distributors
• Oversee and provide leadership to the Customer Reps for Rainstamp.
• Partners with the Marketing Team to provide feedback on active campaigns
• Maintains the Rainstamp Culture in all their dealings
• Prioritizes personal growth and development as a leader
