Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO Rainin seeks a District Sales Manager to drive growth of Rainin products in the assigned district. You will lead a team of sales representatives, define account strategy, and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires 3+ years in sales management within Life Sciences, strong customer focus, high energy, and proficiency with SAP CRM for data handling and reporting. This position is based in Raleigh, NC and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred or related field.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in Life Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years sales management experience.
• Proven ability to direct others in a multitask environment.
• Strong customer focus and high energy.
• Experience with SAP CRM data input, extractions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an assigned team of sales representatives.
• Drive strategic sales penetration within the district and define account strategy.
• Execute tactical plans to grow Rainin products and services.
• Provide monthly reports on team activities and KPIs and support direct sales.
• Collaborate with other managers to improve processes and sales productivity.
