Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
• Experience leading a district sales team.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the district sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Define account strategy and tactical execution for Rainin products.
• Coordinate with marketing, service, and support to win opportunities.
• Provide monthly reports on team activities and KPIs.
• Ensure accurate SAP CRM data input and reporting.
