Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Performance Capability Lead - Distributor to develop onboarding and training for the top 10% of distributors in person and the rest via a digital rollout. You will audit curriculum/SOPs, train teams on core tools, and coach against SOPs to boost adoption and performance.

You will collaborate with divisions to ensure state relevance, wire with L&D leads, and manage a KPI-tracking system to document progress and outcomes across the distributor network.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong presentation skills are essential for delivering training to distributors.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and reporting abilities are expected.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple training projects.

Responsibilities

• Align with DVPs to prioritize distributor capabilities and lead monthly skill pill trainings.
• Design and deliver training, tools, and resources to grow distributor brands and business.
• Develop onboarding and training for top 10% of distributors, plus digital rollout for others.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams and distributor partners to embed training and measure results.
• Manage and measure training impact, tools, and ROI for the sales team.
