Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Performance Capability Lead - Distributor to design onboarding and training for top distributor performers, conduct in-market audits, and collaborate with L&D to ensure state-specific relevancy while aligning with divisions.

Remote role with up to 50% travel; you will develop tools, track KPIs, and partner with distributor leadership to measure impact and drive growth across our brands in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with DVPs to prioritize capabilities for Distributor and leads Monthly Skill Pill Training to develop capabilities and educate distributor field teams.
• Designs and delivers training, tools, and resources to grow our distributor network and brands.
• Develops onboarding and training to Top 10% of Distributors in person and remainder via digital rollout; ensures relevancy with divisions.
• Creates partnerships with Learning & Development functions of Distributor Partners and completes in-market auditing of Curriculum/SOPs.
• Manages and measures the effectiveness of training, tools and resources to ensure ROI and impact.
• Collaborates with sales leaders to develop KPIs for distributor teams and trains against them.
• Coaches teams in market to achieve KPIs and tracks milestones; documents results in relevant systems.
• Partners with Distributor Leaders to communicate training impact and embed training across markets.
