ASSA ABLOY seeks a Sales Representative to expand our distributor channel across Western Florida. You will build relationships with contract hardware distributors, promote product solutions, negotiate quotes, and drive profitable sales for Door Security Solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in door and hardware distribution sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in door & hardware distribution sales.
• Bachelor-level education preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distributor relationships.
• Solicit, follow up, and negotiate quotes.
• Manage distributor programs and promotions.
• Coordinate distributor product training sessions.
• Coordinate resolution of product and field service issues.
• Maintain brand shelf space at distributor accounts.
