Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a sales professional to partner with our contract hardware distribution channel. You will develop relationships, negotiate opportunities, and manage distributor programs to drive profitability across door security solutions.

You will coordinate trainings, handle product specifications alignment, and travel as needed to meet customers. A strong background in multi-line sales and CRM usage is required.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven sales in distribution channels.
• Ability to read specifications and facility standards.
• Experience in door & hardware industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distributor relationships across the organization.
• Solicit, follow-up, and negotiate quote opportunities.
• Manage distributor buying programs and promotions.
• Promote distributor promotions to secure discretionary revenue.
• Ensure distributors quote ASSA ABLOY specifications.
• Conduct distributor business reviews and training sessions.
• Coordinate resolution of product and field service issues.
• Manage brand shelf space at distributor accounts.
