Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Sales Representative, Distributor to partner with our contract hardware distribution channel in North Texas. You will cultivate distributor relationships, negotiate opportunities, and promote programs to secure revenue for Door Security Solutions.

Travel and field training are part of the role, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hardware distribution, strong communication, and the ability to read specifications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industry experience in the distribution channel of doors & hardware.
• Proven ability to sell technically and build distributor relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships across distributor organizations.
• Solict, follow up, and negotiate distributor quote opportunities.
• Manage distributor buying programs and promotions to drive revenue.
• Coordinate distributor product/solution training and issue resolution.
• Maintain brand shelf space at distributor accounts.
