ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH seeks a Sales Representative to drive distributor-driven sales in Western Florida/Tampa. You will build strong distributor relationships, manage quotes and promotions, and coordinate training while ensuring product qualifications and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in door & hardware distribution, strong communication, and travel readiness. A college degree and CRM proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience in the door & hardware distribution channel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships within the distributor’s organization.
• Solicit, follow-up, and negotiate quote opportunities.
• Manage distributor buying programs and promotions.
• Coordinate distributor product/solution training sessions.
• Conduct regular distributor business reviews and resolve product issues.
• Maintain brand shelf space at distributor accounts.
