Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a sales professional to partner with our contract hardware distribution channel. You will negotiate and close profitable sales revenue for Door Security Solutions, while maintaining strong distributor relationships and coordinating training and product promotions.

You will join a dynamic team focused on mutual success, traveling as needed to customer sites and distributor locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the distribution channel of the door & hardware industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships in all areas of the distributor’s organization.
• Actively solicit, follow-up, and negotiate all quote opportunities.
• Manage distributor buying programs and promotions to secure revenue.
• Coordinate distributor product/solution trainings and reviews.
• Travel as required and support field service issue resolutions.
