Farmers is seeking a senior leader to develop and execute distribution strategies for the independent agency channel across designated states, aligning with regional field executives. You will supervise and coach field sales staff, manage budgets, and drive profitable growth across multiple product lines.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with product management, underwriting and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Seven years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales, marketing, or distribution.
• Proven leadership, critical thinking, decision-making and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution strategies for the independent agency channel in assigned states.
• Lead recruitment, development, training, and coaching of field sales staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product management, underwriting and agency partners with strategic plans.
