Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, insurance, financial services, or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
• Knowledge of contracts, compliance, and agency operations is a plus.
• Completion of the University of Farmersae District Manager Program is preferred.
