Job summary

Farmers seeks an IA Distribution, Zone Director for the NE region to lead distribution strategies across the independent agency channel in targeted states. You will align regional plans with financial goals and drive growth with product partners and agency networks.

You will recruit, coach and develop Field Executive teams, manage budgets, and ensure profitable expansion of Foremost and Bristol West products through close cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales, marketing, or distribution.
• Effective leadership skills with proven ability to coach and mentor others.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and financial-data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to plan strategically, develop business plans and drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution strategies for the independent agency channel in assigned states.
• Recruit, coach and develop field sales staff; manage budgets and growth.
• Collaborate with product management, underwriting, and agency partners across regions.
• Drive profitable growth across Foremost and Bristol West products.
