Farmers Insurance Agencies is seeking a District Manager to lead a network of agency owners, coach leaders, and scale district performance. You will drive growth, mentor business owners, and shape district culture within a trusted national brand.

You will run your district with autonomy, build a team, and design long‑term growth plans while delivering community impact and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching teams to success.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams in a growth environment.
• Strong grasp of performance metrics and operational best practices.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses (P&C, Life & Health, Series 6/63/26).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and startup-capital access.
