Farmers Insurance Agencies is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow a network of agency owners. You will coach leaders, shape growth strategy, and run your district with autonomy while leveraging Farmers’ trusted brand and training resources.

This role rewards entrepreneurship, community impact, and long-term business development. You will build a high-performing district by recruiting and developing staff, managing operations, and aligning district goals with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
• Passion for developing entrepreneurs and supporting business owners.
• 5+ years in sales, insurance, financial services, or related leadership roles.

• Coach new and experienced agency owners to help drive profitable growth.

• Mentor agency owners on their business planning, operations, and sales development.
