Job summary

Farmers Insurance Agencies is seeking a District Manager to lead and scale a district, coaching agency owners and building a network of high-performing businesses. You will shape growth strategies and cultivate top talent as you run your district with entrepreneurial autonomy.

This role blends strategic leadership, business development, and talent cultivation within a Fortune 500 brand known for training and community impact. You’ll help entrepreneurs succeed while driving local market growth.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain).
• Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Completion of the University of Farmers District Manager Program.
• Access to startup capital (no Farmers startup fees).
• At least two licensed and appointed district staff at appointment.

Responsibilities

• Coach agency owners to drive profitable growth.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and enhance agency performance.
• Run district office and build internal teams to execute long-term growth plans.
