Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a team of entrepreneurs or agency owners.
• Strong business acumen with ability to develop growth strategies.
• License knowledge in property & casualty and life & health, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coach agency owners to drive profitable growth.
• Build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop growth strategies to expand market presence.
• Mentor owners on business planning, operations and sales development.
• Strengthen Farmers brand through community engagement.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
