Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a Distribution Sales Engineer for the Electrical Products Portfolio in the greater Nashville metro area. You will develop and support distributor and contractor opportunities, provide product training, and build strategic plans to drive growth across key accounts.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Power Distribution market – Electrical Distributor, Electrical Manufacturer or Manufacturer’s Agent.
• 5+ years experience with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing and eligible for Siemens vehicle plan.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting our Siemens Distribution and Electrical Contractor opportunities.
• Providing Product and training support including Panelboards, Switchboards, Lighting Panels, MCCBs, IEC/NEMA Control, Safety Switches, and Residential Products.
• Building and maintaining a business plan by identifying growth trends, contractor conversion opportunities, managing action items and events, conducting training, and managing distributor functions.
• Developing and implementing plans for strategic accounts to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Developing relationships with key executive management and other decision makers.
