Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure seeks a Construction Sales Engineer to support the Cincinnati OH market and surrounding area. You will own project-based revenue growth, build strong relationships across the construction ecosystem, and position Siemens low- and medium-voltage power distribution solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; HS diploma is minimum when experience substituted.
• Power distribution sales, engineering, or project management in electrical manufacturing/contractor sales; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience managing customer accounts and developing project-based sales opportunities with electrical contractors, engineers, distributors, or similar clients.
• Working knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power distribution products (switchboards, busway, switchgear, etc.).
• Ability to build customer relationships, manage priorities, communicate effectively, and partner across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own project-based revenue growth and market share expansion by developing relationships across the construction ecosystem.
• Develop strategic territory and account plans and build a qualified pipeline.
• Maintain the pipeline and deliver disciplined forecasts; influence project specs and pursuit strategies.
• Engage across the full construction lifecycle from design through bid, award, and execution to identify Siemens solutions.
• Engage distributors and channel partners to improve opportunity visibility and coordinate actions.
