Job summary

Siemens is seeking a seasoned Residential Sales Engineer to drive sales of residential electrical products in the North Texas market. You will build relationships with electrical contractors and distributors, apply knowledge of LV/MV power distribution equipment, and manage a robust sales pipeline using SieSales CRM.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales success, 3+ years LV/MV experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver's license with ability to travel ~5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience with quotas.
• 3+ years LV/MV power distribution product experience in sales.
• Ability to travel ~5%
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sell Residential products in single and multi-family markets for construction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors and distributors.
• Provide guidance on application/use of electrical distribution equipment.
• Utilize SieSales CRM to develop and forecast contractor opportunities.
• Build and execute business plans to grow revenue and profitability.
• Develop plans for strategic accounts with long-term growth.
