Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Construction Sales Engineer for the Charlotte, NC market to own project-based revenue growth. You will develop strategic territory plans, build a qualified pipeline, and coordinate with consulting engineers, contractors, distributors, and Siemens teams to influence specifications and pursue opportunities across the full construction lifecycle.

You will report to Regional Sales leadership and play a critical role in expanding Siemens’ presence in low- and medium-voltage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HS diploma or GED if substituted.
5+ years of power distribution sales or related field.
Experience with electrical contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, or similar clients.
Willingness to travel up to 10% and reside in/relocate to the territory.

Responsibilities

Grow revenue and market share in the Charlotte area.
Develop and drive strategic sales plans with target customers and opportunities.
Maintain a qualified project pipeline and disciplined forecasts.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, distributors, and Siemens teams.
Influence project specifications early in the project cycle.
Engage across the construction lifecycle from design to execution.
