Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Construction Sales Engineer for the Cincinnati, OH area to drive project-based revenue growth by building strong relationships across the construction ecosystem. You will position Siemens low- and medium-voltage solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

You will own territory plans, maintain a qualified pipeline, forecast results, and influence specifications with consulting engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; power distribution sales or project management experience preferred.
• 5+ years in power distribution sales or related field.
• Experience with electrical contractors, consulting engineers, and distributors.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for customer/territory needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own project-based revenue growth and market share expansion in Cincinnati OH and surrounding area.
• Develop strategic territory and account plans; build a qualified pipeline.
• Maintain pipeline and deliver disciplined forecasts with internal tools.
• Influence project specifications and pursue strategies across the lifecycle.
• Engage with engineers, contractors, owners, developers, distributors, and Siemens teams.
