Job summary

Exelon is seeking a skilled supervisor to direct craft personnel in the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead electric, underground electric, and gas facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will manage safety, productivity, and customer-focused outcomes while aligning with labor agreements and company goals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate emergencies, budgets, and workforce development.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2-3 years internal supervisory experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees to achieve safety, reliability, and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to and development of the craft workforce; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate emergency response to restore service with 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within departmental budgets and allocate resources for scheduled work.
• Promote a high performance culture and diversity; act as a change agent.
