Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a supervisor to plan, coordinate, and lead craft personnel across overhead electric, underground electric, and gas facilities. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and customer‑focused work, with emphasis on safety culture and training.

You will supervise 12–20 direct reports in a dynamic utility environment, ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, and support storm coverage and emergency response as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2–3 years internal supervisory experience or acceptable Supervisory Assessment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior; requires working knowledge of safety rules and work practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees in scheduled and emergent work to achieve safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to and development of the craft workforce; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate emergency response to restore service with 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within departmental budgets; plan resources and ensure alignment with business plans.
• Promote a high performance culture and diversity; act as change agent for initiatives.
