You will ensure safety, reliability and customer satisfaction while managing labor strategies under the collective bargaining agreement.

The role requires strong leadership, 4–7 years in utilities, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license; annual salary ranges from $102,400 to $140,800 with comprehensive

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of internal utility company experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior; requires working knowledge of safety rules and work practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees in the execution of scheduled and emergent work activities to meet safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to and development of the craft workforce; conduct performance reviews and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate emergency response with 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within departmental budgets; plan resource coverage and develop alternative actions.
• Promote a high-performance culture and respect for diversity; act as change agent for business initiatives.
