Qualus is seeking a Distribution Engineering Manager to lead and grow an engineering team, shaping technical strategy and cultivating a high-performance culture. You will supervise engineers, collaborate with the Engineering Director, and ensure projects meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.

The role emphasizes cross-office coordination, client engagement, and staff development to support multiple clients and scopes in a dynamic energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in management within the energy sector.
• Experience in utility distribution design projects.
• Complex System Expansion or Government Conversion project experience preferred.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering supervision and leadership to meet project demands.
• Assist Director of Engineering in achieving department goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior level clients.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and training programs.
