Qualus Corporation is seeking a Distribution Engineering Manager to lead and grow an engineering team, shape technical strategy, and foster a culture of high impact. You will supervise engineers, coordinate across offices, and engage with senior clients while aligning with departmental goals.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and active participation in business development to maintain a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited school; MBA/EM is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in management within the energy sector.
• Experience in Utility Distribution design projects.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering supervision and leadership to meet project demands.
• Offer oversight to ensure proper engineering processes are followed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level clients and executives.
• Coordinate with multiple engineering offices and shared resources.
• Present technical solutions to customers and address questions in real time.
• Coordinate with Business Development to strengthen pipeline and backlog.
• Review time sheets and ensure cost, quality, and schedule compliance.
