Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited school.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum 5 years in management within the energy sector.
• Experience in transmission line design for high voltage utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, assign, and develop engineering staff; manage performance and expectations.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure proper engineering processes across projects.
• Build trusted relationships with senior-level engineers, managers, and clients.
• Coordinate work across engineering offices and cross-train for efficiency.
• Support business development to maintain pipeline and backlog.
• Present technical solutions to customers and respond to questions.
