Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office.
• Basic typing and 10-key skills.
• Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by responding to inquiries and handling complaints
• Processes and inputs all customer orders
• Produces stock reports to check product availability
• Generates all required paperwork for customer work orders
• Coordinates last-minute shipping requests with Traffic and Operations
• Provides follow-up with other departments to meet service standards
• Ensures proper invoicing by verifying invoices
• Prepares shipping and tracing information for customers
• Maintains damage records and back order logs
• Communicates customer feedback to management
• Acts as liaison between warehouse and customers regarding invoicing and credits
• Oversees paperwork and maintains files
• Maintains current procedure manual with processing requirements
