Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
• Processes and inputs customer orders.
• Produces stock reports to check product availability.
• Prepares shipping and tracing information for customers.
• Coordinates shipping requests with Traffic and Operations Departments.
• Maintains invoicing accuracy and related paperwork.
• Communicates customer feedback to management.
• Acts as liaison between warehouse and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes.
