Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
• Processes and inputs all customer orders.
• Produces stock reports to check product availability.
• Maintains and prepares all paperwork for customer work orders.
• Coordinates special shipping requests with Traffic and Operations to expedite orders.
• Provides follow up with other departments to ensure service standards.
• Verifies invoices and communicates status to customers.
