Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related work experience; outside field sales in IT or security preferred.
• Strong sales planning and execution skills.
• Ability to learn technical product information and explain it to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Axis teams, the distributor, and its network.
• Support distributor sales activities and local integrator engagement.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to share pipeline updates and opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and recommend solutions.
• Support distributor marketing plans and Axis resources.
• Monitor market insights and competitive activity.
• Coordinate meetings between Axis leadership and Wesco directors.
• Assist with sales enablement programs and improve account processes.
• Take on additional related duties as assigned.
