Axis Communications is seeking a relationship-focused sales professional to support the Distribution Accounts Manager (DAM) team. You will grow sales through the distribution channel, promote Axis products, and strengthen collaboration between Axis, Wesco, and local integrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in outside field sales, IT or security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Axis teams, distributor, and network.
• Support distributor sales activities and local integrator engagement.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and lunch-and-learns.
• Connect Axis regional sales with distributor teams to share pipeline updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries and aid product recommendations.
• Support distributor marketing plans and Axis resources.
• Monitor competitors and share market insights.
• Coordinate meetings between Axis leaders and Wesco Directors.
• Work with internal teams to implement sales enablement and improve processes.
• Take on related duties as assigned.
