Job summary

The DC Area Supervisor at Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. will lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center to operate efficiently, safely and productively. You will hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly associates as needed.

This role supervises 20 to 30 associates, ensures accurate merchandise handling, drives key metrics, and partners with Operations Manager to plan staffing and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to relocate and work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an hourly team to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals.
