Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize distribution center processes to ensure safety, efficiency and productivity.
• Coach and develop hourly associates; conduct evaluations and address performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive key metrics in productivity and quality.
• Coordinate staffing and planning to align with the business plan and production needs.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Operations Management team.
