Job summary

Kontoor Brands seeks a Distribution Supervisor to lead daily distribution center operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipping to meet customer needs. You will supervise a team, assign daily work, and drive safety and process improvements.

You will develop staff, monitor metrics, and participate in projects using 5S and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency. The role requires 2+ years in DC or related field and a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Ability to lead and develop staff.
• Experience in distribution center operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assigns daily work and balances workload in the DC.
• Coaches and develops direct reports and enforces policy.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Monitors and reports department metrics.
• Leads projects using 5S, Six Sigma, and related tools.
