Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance at the site level. The role includes P&L responsibilities and leadership of the site team to meet safety, efficiency, and service targets.

Qualified candidates will have a 4-year degree in logistics or related field and at least 2 years of management experience, with strong communication and Lean skills. Flexible schedule and potential career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Logistics or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated management experience including leadership, motivation, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution center operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Ensure SOPs and KPIs are consistently applied and met.
• Manage site P&L and employment activities for the site team.
• Control labor, delivery, and other variable costs to align with annual plans.
• Report on KPIs: customer service, productivity and cost performance.
