Job summary

The Distribution Center Senior Manager - LDCM at TBC Corporation leads daily operations at the site, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and KPIs while steering P&L and employment activities for the team.

The role emphasizes cost control, safety, service level performance, cross-functional collaboration, and building an Employer of Choice culture through staffing, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant management experience in a distribution/warehouse setting.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems; strong organizational skills and ability to train and coach.
• Lean knowledge and change-management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor, delivery, and other variable costs within the Distribution Center.
• Drive team accountability and performance per company policies.
• Lead safety initiatives to ensure safe and on-time delivery and meet TRIR targets.
• Collaborate with Wholesale and Franchise sales to meet service level agreements.
