TBC Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our Kentucky facility. You will drive SOP adherence, optimize shipping/receiving, and manage staff to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, labor and route optimization, and collaboration with sales teams to ensure superior service levels across the center. Strong leadership and a proactive improvement mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated management experience with leadership and motivational ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all distribution center operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Ensure SOPs are applied to achieve KPIs and maintain asset protection.
• Manage labor, delivery, and other variable costs to align with annual plans.
• Report on KPI performance (quality, on-time delivery, productivity, costs).
• Drive safety initiatives and continuously improve processes.
